A practical adaptation of a traditional 19th-century design, our Glass Cloche is a cold frame that you can place directly on in your garden. The eight panes of glass, held in place by a powder-coated steel frame, add a touch of timeless elegance. When placed on the soil, the Glass Cloche absorbs the sun’s warmth, preparing the earth for your greenhouse or windowsill seedlings. The lid, when rotated 45 degrees, allows for temperature regulation through airflow, and when rotated back, provides a protective shield against frost for your seedlings. The Glass Cloche lightweight construction allows for effortless relocation within your raised beds, vegetable patch, and flower beds, ensuring your seeds get the best possible start.
